Registration procedures

As Buyer

As purchasing firm, the process is the following:

1.  Complete the Business Exchange application form.  CORFERIAS, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and PROEXPORT will then verify the profile and participation goals.

2.  The registered buyer will receive from CORFERIAS, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and PROEXPORT confirmation regarding the availability of the requested products as well as acceptance of the registration application.
 
3.  CORFERIAS, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and PROEXPORT will send to the registered buyer username and password to the suppliers database and scheduling system.

4.  The system will block those time periods the buyer is not available for meetings.

5.  General information about the buyer as well as products of interest will be available to the exhibitors to make business contacts.

6.  The buyer will have permanent access to the system to consult and update his/her appointments, as well as to accept or rejects requests for appointments.

7.  Attend the Business Exchange and the scheduled appointments.
