Registration procedures

As Exhibitors

Only those firms confirmed as exhibitors in the Fair (with a formal contract) can participate in the Exchange, but it´s subject to a previous evaluation of some aspects to confirm the attending of this activity.

The procedure to register as offering firm is the following:

1.  Once registered the exhibitor will receive an e-mail confirming participation in the Business Exchange.  The detailed profile of the exhibitor and products or services will permit an effective scheduling of meetings with potential buyers.

2.  General information about the exhibitor and products will be available for the buyer in a database to search for the exhibitor with whom he/she wishes to contact.

3.  The system will be able to block time periods not available for meetings.  

4.  The exhibitor who registers for the Business Exchange through the system must wait confirmation by CORFERIAS.

5.  Confirmation is required of attendance at the Business Exchange by the registered representative (preferably the Director or Business Manager).
